By placing an order on Flipvendo.com, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.
1. Order Acceptance
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment verification fails
- Pricing or listing error exists
- suspected fraudulent activity
You will be notified if your order is cancelled.
2. Pricing
All prices are in INR, inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Payments
We accept:
UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure payment methods as available.
Flipvendo does not store your card or bank details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time varies between 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, natural events, or operational limitations.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Customers may request:
- Returns (if applicable category)
- Replacements
- Refunds
Subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
7. Warranties
If a product includes manufacturer warranty, such warranty terms apply.
For non-warranty items, replacement is provided only for:
- wrong item delivered
- damaged product (with proof)
- defective product
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to:
- repair
- replacement
- refund (as applicable)
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be settled under Bengaluru, Karnataka jurisdiction.
