Welcome to flipvendo is a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at #38 1st Main 1st Floor 7th Cross Sakamma Garden Basavanagudi. These Terms of Use are subject to revision by Flipvendo at any time and hence the Users are requested to carefully read these Terms of Use from time to time before using the Website. The revised Terms of Use shall be made available on the Website. You are requested to regularly visit the Website to view the most current Terms of Use.   By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the site.


1.     Account Registration

·       To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


2.     Eligibility

·       You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.


3.     Pricing and Payment

·       All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

·       Prices may or may not include taxes and shipping fees (clarify based on your policy).

·       Accepted payment methods: [Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, UPI, Net Banking, etc.]

·       Payment must be confirmed before the order is shipped.


4.     Order Confirmation and Cancellation

·       You will receive an order confirmation by email once the purchase is complete.

·       We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

·       If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.


5.     Pricing Information

All prices are listed as provided by the Seller and are subject to change without notice before purchase. Prices are inclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Errors in pricing due to technical issues may occur. Any such incorrect pricing will invalidate the acceptance of an offer, and the Seller may cancel the transaction.


6.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in under section 43a and section 72a of information technology act, 2000.


7.     Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


8.     Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation can be requested only through your flipvendo account. 

Request for “Order Cancellation” can be initiated only when the Order Status is in “Processing”.

Order status which is marked as “Shipped” can’t be cancelled.

Once the Order is cancelled customer would be notified through mail.

Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In           such cases, you may need to proceed with a return (see our Return Policy).

Refund for Canceled Orders

•   Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

•   Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.


9.     Third-Party Links and Content

·   Our website may contain links to third-party websites or products. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these third parties.

 

10.  Shipping and Return

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

In the case of any request for address change or order change, customers are advised to give a request before the order ships from our warehouse or within 24 hours of placing orders otherwise two-way courier charges will apply to the customer.

 We will email you if there is a shipping delay due to stock unavailability or an unusual delay in dispatching an order.

All orders sent are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

How to Request a Return

All return requests are handled via email only.

Please email us at support@flipvendo.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order ID]. Include the following in your email:


Brief description of your concern

Photos of:

The product received (front and back)

The old product you are replacing (front and back)

Your laptop or product model (image preferred)


Return Important Notes

·       Products returned without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

·       If you reject delivery of an order without a valid reason, return shipping charges and refund processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

·       Ensure to self-ship the product using any courier having package tracking capabilities within 2 working days after seller validates for replacement.

·       Product shipped back should ensure packed safely & is in the original condition as it was shipped & the tracking details to be shared with the seller.

·       On receipt of the product & verified by the logistics, the replacement product is shipped & updated to you.

·       To support your return claim in case of missing or damaged items, please record an unboxing video when opening the package.

·       Return resolution time may take up to 14 working days from the date of return initiation.


Refunds & Replacements

·       After the returned product is received and verified by the seller:

·       A replacement will be shipped to you,

·       If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

·       Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 working days of successful verification.
