At Flipvendo, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Order Processing
You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed or shipped.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and initiate a 100% refund.
1.2 After Order Processing / Shipped
Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still be eligible for a return or replacement (see Return Policy section).
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
- The product is out of stock after placing the order.
- The order was cancelled before shipping.
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (with valid proof).
- Service is not delivered or delivered incorrectly.
- Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to customer misuse or for return requests raised after the allowed return period.
3. Refund Process
Once your cancellation or return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeline:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company/bank — it may take time before the refund appears.
