Return Policy
We follow a transparent and customer-friendly return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A return request can be initiated if:
- Returns accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of successful delivery of the product.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Must include original packaging, box, and accessories.
- A valid proof of issue (photos/videos) must be shared with our support team.
- The product must not have physical damage caused by the customer.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is used, altered, or does not pass quality checks.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, Burnt, or physical damage after delivery.
- Clearance products (if applicable)
- Items without original packaging
- Accessories (if applicable)
4. Return Approval Process

2. Share all required details:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Photos/videos of the product
3. Our quality/technical team will review the case within 24–48 hours.
4. Once approved:
- If pickup is available in your area, our courier partner will collect the item. In other cases, you may be requested to ship the product back.
5. Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
5.1 Refund
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
5.2 Replacement
Replacement will be shipped within 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is not available, customer may opt for:
- A Similar Product
- Full Refund
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to defective/wrong item, we bear the shipping cost.
- Return shipping charges for customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong product ordered) will be borne by the customer.
