At FlipVendo, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely.

Order cut-off time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are handed over to our shipping partners on the same day.

Handling Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to all locations across India.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.

Transit Time

• Standard delivery: 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or non-serviceable locations may take additional time.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Courier Partners

• We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other reputable services.

Order Tracking

• You can track your order anytime using the link provided in your shipping email.
• If your tracking number does not update for 48 hours, please contact us.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner makes 3 delivery attempts.
• If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipping or refund.
• Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated to you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

• FlipVendo is not responsible if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged / Incorrect Product on Delivery

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
