Order cut-off time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are handed over to our shipping partners on the same day.
Handling Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all locations across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
Transit Time
- Standard delivery: 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or non-serviceable locations may take additional time.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

- No Shipping Cost. Free Shipping for all India orders
- No hidden charges.
Courier Partners
- We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other reputable services.
Order Tracking
- You can track your order anytime using the link provided in your shipping email.
- If your tracking number does not update for 48 hours, please contact us.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner makes 3 delivery attempts.
- If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipping or refund.
- Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated to you.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- FlipVendo is not responsible if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged / Incorrect Product on Delivery
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
