Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Order Cancellation can be requested only through your flipvendo account.  

• Request for “Order Cancellation” can be initiated only when the Order Status is in “Processing”.

• Order status which is marked as “Shipped” can’t be cancelled.

• Once the Order is cancelled customer would be notified through mail.

Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to proceed with a return (see our Return Policy).


Refund for Canceled Orders

• Your refund will be process and credited to the original method of payment.

• Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
